We are running late with the detailed program and will thus accept early bird registrations until June 26, 2011. Release of the detailed program is scheduled for June 15.
The MobileHCI 2011 Web site will be shut down for maintenance between CEST 16:00-22:00 on May 31. During this period registration for the conference will not be possible.
Registration for MobileHCI 2011 is now open. Early registration discount is available until June 12, 2011. For more information, please read the information on the conference registration page.
Notification of posters on the 27th of May!
Due to requests from prospect participants, we have further extended the deadline for submissions to the Design Competition. Important dates for the competition are now:
- Submission of IDEA DOCUMENTATION (EXTENDED): May 18, 2011
- Notification of acceptance & review feedback: June 1, 2011
- Submission of camera ready material (IDEA DOCUMENTATION + POSTER or PRESENTATION): June 18, 2011

Considering the Easter holiday dates, we have extended the submission deadline for the design competition to April 28th.

We are happy to announce that the interest in the Mobile HCI conference is growing even further. Two deadlines for submissions have now passed. We received 280 submissions to the "papers and notes" category, which was a 25% increase in submissions as compared to the previous 2010 conference in Lissabon. We have also received twenty exciting submissions to the workshop category.
