Registration

Please read the instructions for registering to MobileHCI 2011 below. The link to the registration form is provided at the bottom of the page.

The MobileHCI 2011 conference registration includes:

• access to MobileHCI 2011 conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and exhibits on Aug 31 - Sep 2, 2011;
• a ticket to the MobileHCI 2011 Welcome Reception;
• a ticket to the MobileHCI 2011 Conference Dinner (only Professional Full Conference registrations, sponsors and industrial exhibitors); and
• electronic access to the MobileHCI 2011 Conference Proceedings.

Registration deadlines

• Sunday, EXTENDED June 26, 2011 (23:59 CEST): Early on-line registration deadline at substantially discounted prices.
• Sunday, August 21, 2011 (23:59 CEST): Late on-line registration deadline at discounted prices; after this deadine, only on-site registration at normal prices is possible.
• Tuesday, August 30, 2011: Start of on-site registration.

Registration fees

Registration fees are listed in EUR, excluding VAT (see below).

• (*) Workshop, Tutorial, and Doctoral Consortium attendees must also register for the main conference.
• ACM members must provide their membership number during on-line registration and present their membership card on-site at the conference.
• In order to qualify for student discount, you should be an undergraduate, Master's, or PhD student during the 2010-2011 academic year. A valid, dated student identification card or a letter from your university or school must be scanned and emailed to after completed registration, and presented when registering on-site at the conference.
• Expenses for travel and accommodation are not included in the conference fee and have to be arranged and paid for by the conference attendee.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT of 25% of the registration fee will be added upon completion of the registration. The VAT is refundable for companies and organizations outside of Sweden. If you register from within EU, please contact your local tax authorities for information about refunds. If you register from outside EU, please follow the instructions provided by the Swedish Tax Agency.

Terms and conditions

MobileHCI2011 is organized by the Mobile Life centre and the Swedish Institute of Computer Science (legal entity). By registering for MobileHCI2011, you agree to the terms and conditions provided below.

Payment. Payment can be made through credit card (VISA or MasterCard via PayEx) or through bank transfer. Whichever option you choose, your registration will only be considered succesfull after confirmation of your payment. This means that for purposes of meeting the early and late on-site registration deadlines your payment should be confirmed by those dates (the date in which you fill the registration form is not considered towards this end).

When paying with a credit card please make sure to complete the payment after the final stage of the registration procedure.

When paying through bank transfer, the transfer should be marked with the following information:

• "MobileHCI 2011 registration"
• Your name
• The order number provided upon completed registration

Cancellation. A refund, minus €75 administrative costs, will only be made for written cancellations received by the CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT on or before June 26, 2011. Refunds will be made after the conference. Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organizer.

Substitution. From June 27, 2011 until August 21, 2011, delegate substitutions are possible (please contact the CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT for information on how to proceed). After August 21, 2011, delegate substitutions are only possible at the sole discretion of the organizer.

Registration form

Registration to MobileHCI 2011 is done in four steps:

• Enter delegate information, select registration type and optional events
• Enter payment information
• Review registration
• Complete payment

The registration is not considered complete unless payment has been successfully completed. This is also true for registrations with a checkout balance of EUR 0 (select bank transfer during checkout).
